All content of our web sites is copyrighted on behalf of our clients. Copyright violations will be aggressively pursued.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a customer's account at any time if we feel that the client has violated our policy, or if we decide that the account has been inappropriately used.

tjbailey Internet Services is not responsible for the content of any of its customer's sites. It is our policy not to allow adult, hate, obscene, warez, or any other objectionable or illegal material as determined solely by us. Any customers violating these terms will be subject to immediate deactivation without notice.

CGI Scripts

Each account comes with its own cgi-bin. You are free to install and use any CGI scripts you wish, however, we reserve the right to disable any CGI script that adversely affects normal server operation without prior warning. Scripts may be banned from use at the sole discretion of tjbailey Internet Services.

Chat Rooms

We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms, without approval. Most chat rooms tend to be large system hogs and therefore we cannot allow it as an account option. However, we do provide a Forum program that will more than fill your needs and run without hindering the performance of the machine for others.

Payment Policies

In accordance with our policy, new client web development and hosting must be paid in full, in advance. All new accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment. Any account that is overdue and not brought current within a week (7 days) of our e-mail notice is subject to suspension and may be terminated at any time thereafter. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies us for a request for termination of services. All payment is in U.S. currency.

Annual web hosting invoices are emailed out 20 days in advance of the expiration date and one follow up reminder email will be sent out 7 days prior to expiration. If payment has not been received by the annual hosting renewal date, we will allow one additional week of hosting. This is a courtesy grace period. If payment has not been received by 1 week after the renewal date, the site will be taken offline.

Lawful Purpose

tjbailey Internet Services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use our servers for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material that is in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets.

Indemnification

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save, and hold tjbailey Internet Services harmless for any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including attorney's fees asserted against tjbailey Internet Services, its agents, its customers, officers, and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by a customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless tjbailey Internet Services against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with our servers; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from our servers.

tjbailey Internet Services will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. tjbailey Internet Services makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. tjbailey Internet Services disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by tjbailey Internet Services and its employees. tjbailey Internet Services reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
