This is a handcarved solid wood Mallard Drake decoy by Hutch Decoy Carving, Inc. Very nice detail, down to the veins in the feathers and very lifelike colors.

This carving is dated 1980 and bears the 1977 bottom stamp of the Hutch Decoy Carving company, which is located in Glen Burmic, MD.

Measures 11-1/2" long and sits about 4-1/2" high. Glass eyes. Condition is very fine, with only 1 minor flaw (small ding on right side of head - no paint loss).
