One of my nicest pieces, this is a handcarved solid wood Kodiak Bear, with a fish in its mouth.

Super nice workmanship, with great form and scale. Very nicely detailed. Carved from one solid block of wood. It is unsigned. Personally acquired in Manniwakee, Ont. Canada at a local Indian trading post in 1974. Handcarved by a local artist.

Measures about 12" long from front right paw to back left paw. Stands 6-1/4" tall and is about 6" at its widest point.

Condition is Very Fine. No flaws.
